Continued his collegiate career at California Baptist University earning his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration concentrating in Business Analysis and Insights and a Minor in Christian Studies (2025) Currently working toward earning his Masters of Business Administration concentrating in Business Analytics and is set to graduate Summer 2026

Profile:
Justin comes from a pedigree of high performance athletes from the 559. Throughout his childhood, he learned what it meant to be a wrestler and a grappler in the Central Valley. While having a love for the sport of wrestling, he simultaneously practiced the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, finding his home at Halo BJJ in Fresno, California. Through relentless determination and hard work, he became 2x Grappling X Champion and earned Silver at the Kids U.S Open in Long Beach, CA.
Justin wrestled and grappled his way throughout his early years but was ultimately led back to the sport of swimming his Sophomore year of high school where was previously an avid practitioner of the sport for Clovis Swim Club for 8+ years.
Justin continued to be a student of the sport, spending his free time studying and watching collegiate and olympic wrestling while becoming a college swimmer at CBU on athletic and academic scholarship.
Justin has the gift of encouragement. He strives to bring a fire to up and coming wrestlers of the journey ahead of them not only as a wrestler, but as a person. Justin lives as a follower of Christ and aims to share the gospel to those who do not know Jesus.
A section of scripture that Justin gravitates toward is Philippians 4:4-9 “4 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! 5 Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. 8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice.
